Initiated with the guidance of Bill Blackenford, Stockton, CA, Eric Tarbox, COO, BSA Santa Clara, Ken Schott, Coyote Creek District, and Gary Varano, Executive, Coyote Creek District, the troop has grown from 8 young men to over 30 active Scouts today.
